Issue 1: they list the post office as their business location on Google maps and I thought they were close to my house because of that. They don't actually have a physical business location. Issue 2: won't give you a price over the phone. Says they will know once they show up even though I told them what they would be doing (making a copy of a chip car key). When they arrive they told me a price that I thought was too high. They tried to get me to pay them for showing up even though they never said anything about that over the phone or on their website. I feel that this kind of thing is dishonest and puts anyone who really needs their service in a serious bind. Issue 3: Since I refused their service they won't stop calling me and texting me. Positive: the technician did arrive within 10 minutes of their stated arrival time. At least they are punctual.

خدمة سيئة جداً! عندما تم إخباري أنهم يقومون فقط بزيارات منزلية، تم ترتيب وصول الفني في فترة ما بعد الظهر. عندما تأخر الفني 40 دقيقة، اتصلت مرة أخرى. أبلغني الشخص أن الفني لن يأتي، ولم يستطع أن يقول لماذا لم يتم إخباري. سألت عن موعد مستقبلي، وقطعوا الاتصال. سيء للغاية. بالتأكيد لا يستحق الاتصال بهذه الخدمة في المستقبل!!

Came here all the way from the East Bay (Hayward) to get another fob made for my car. The second key that originally came with it when I bought it wasn't for the car at all. I came in and was out in about 30 minutes or less. I tried the dealership before I came here and they wanted an arm and a leg for a new fob. Would drive down again if needed! Excellent service and very affordable!
